  3. Sale of Drug Paraphernalia to Minors

  4. Sale of Counterfeit Substances

  5. Possession of Class A Substance

  6. Possession of Class B Substance

  4. Possession of Class Cocaine with Intent to Distribute

  5. Possession of Class D with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

  6. Possession of Class E with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

Period of Loss of Drivers License: 4 Year Loss

  1. Possession of Class A with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

  2. Possession of Class B with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

  3. Possession of Class C with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

  4. Possession of Class Cocaine with Intent to Distribute – Second or Subsequent Count

  5. Habitual Traffic Offender

A.            Three or More Convictions of the Following (Not All Three OUI's):
                            -OUI,
                            -Operating to Endanger,
                            -False Statement in Application for a Permit or License Application,
                            -Operating After Drivers License has Been Suspended or Revoked,
                            -Operating Without a Drivers License

B.            Twelve (12) or More Convictions for Offenses That Fit the
                            Following Description: 
                            -Offenses that are required to be reported to the RMV, and
                            -Such offenses could have resulted in revocation or suspension
                                of drivers license, and 
                            -Such revocations or suspensions were for a period of thirty (30)
                                days or more.  

Period of Loss of Drivers License: 8 Year Loss

  1. OUI 3rd

Period of Loss of Drivers License: 10 Year Loss

  1. OUI 4th

Period of Loss of Drivers License: Indefinite

  1. OUI 5th
